Hey, I'm Dane! 👋🏻
Over the last few years, portrait photography has become a true passion of mine. Part of that passion is making clients feel comfortable and confident, so they can leave our studio with photos that they truly love. I don't think it should be intimidating to get your headshot taken, it should be accessible and approachable, it should be fun!
I’ve loved honing this craft. It’s really special to witness, appreciate, and celebrate the individuality of every client.
When I’m not taking pictures, I love playing music, pottery, cooking, and traveling with Syd.
Hi my friend! I’m Sydney and I’ll be guiding you on your headshot journey. Think of me like the sister you call when you can’t decide if something is cute-ugly or ugly-ugly at the thrift. Is that too niche? I digress.
Our goal is to get you photos that represent who you are, look indubitably pro, boost your confidence, and help you book! How will we do this?? I am so glad you asked!!
I am a working actor and certified theatre kid (I have been in Seussical thrice and have since gotten to perform with 3 members of the Original Broadway Cast. I am hopeful this is the flex I think it is). I have toured with the International Broadway company of The Sound of Music and with a popular blue and orange children’s celeb. I’ve performed with Norwegian Cruise Line, at the Disneyland Resort as a certain little mermaid, and at regional theaters across the US for nearly a decade (geez, I’m getting old).
All of this resume is to say that I get it. I have been in your shoes, I am in your shoes. I know how it feels to have your agent begging you to update your materials and not knowing where to start or how to afford it. I know what an absolute rush it is to be recognized like a celebrity at the local Walgreens after printing my headshots for the 1000th time.
As your headshot session BFF, I will help you with styling, posing, selecting final images, and any other logistical details you can think of. Want a look that will book Regina George in Mean Girls? We got you! Want to feel like you’re in a Beyonce music video? I am standing by on blowdryer duty. Want a photo of you with a genuine smile? That’s Dane’s job, he’s got the jokes (allll 3 of them).
We want to be the team that guides you and cheers you on in an industry that can make you feel invisible.
